RULES: 96.5 WHTQ & MICHELOB ULTRA “Free Golf for a Year” GIVEAWAY

1. Entrants must pick up a registration form at one of the participating Central Florida Michelob Ultra Retail locations beginning June 2008. Complete the form, and mail or fax the complete form to “WHTQ/MICHELOB ULTRA Free Golf for a Year” Giveaway, 4192. N. John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL, 32804, fax # 407-425-9696. Entries must be received by 5:30 pm Thursday, August 31st If you do not have a telephone, please indicate “NO PHONE” on your entry. Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. One entry per person, per retail location.

• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. To win the “Free Golf for a Year”, you must hold a valid Florida drivers license, be 21 years of age or older, and comply with all other applicable state and/or federal laws.

• Employees of COX Radio, Inc., Anheuser Busch and its parent or related companies and their immediate families as well as employees of other radio stations in the Metro Orlando area are ineligible to win. Immediate families include only spouse, parents and children.

• To claim prize(s), winner(s) or legal guardian(s) of winner(s) must be present to win, present proper identification and sign appropriate release forms.

• Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

• All federal, state, and local taxes and other applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

• One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen from all entries received. COX Radio and Anheuser Busch are not responsible for lost entries sent via mail, or incomplete fax transmissions. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received.

• (1) Grand Prize-52 free golf foursomes, valid 1 per week for an entire year at a total of 2 different golf courses. 26 foursomes per course at each of the following golf courses: Falcon’s Fire and Metro West. Appx Retail Value: $ 28,912. PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE and are dated by week. Each Certificate MUST BE USED during the week they are dated for.

• Entrants release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue COX Radio, Orlando Inc. and each respective owner, officer, agent or employee, as well as Anheuser Busch and it’s, parent or related companies as a result of any personal injury or property damage suffered by the entrant.

• Entrants assume all liability for any damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this promotion or use by redemption of any prize. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to hold WHTQ, COX Radio Orlando Inc. and each respective owner, officer, agent or employee, as well as, but not limited to Anheuser Busch and it’s parent or related companies, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize(s).
