Hey, on average my father and I listen to WHTQ twelve hours a day at our speed shop. And over five years we've noticed that the selection and variety of music is VERY limited. I mean you know that all these classic rock artists have recorded far many more songs than just the few that WHTQ plays on air, not too mention there are many other artists that they don't play. To be honnest, the slogan is true; they are the only station for classic rock on the radio other than THE WHOG but that station bugs me even more. And i get the feeling that none of the DJs know anything about rock, but they rent about being a "real man" and not to mention SPORTS. Really truly I am VERY disapointed every time I turn the radio on, and for a while I have tried to plug my MP3 with a much bigger invetory of songs including most those on the station to my system at the shop but it's not the same working to a continious track as hearin the DJs or the announcements in between. And one more thing, we figure that as car guys we instruct ourselves day after day to stay on top and know as much about the mechanics that we do, I think that the radio DJs should know a little bit more about the music they play. All around on a scale of 1-10, we give this station a perfect 0. Sorry guys, I hope I will notice some change in time.

I posted this over at the Orlando Sentinel ... I am going to call you guys this week with an offer: a $200 gas card if Parton walks around IN PUBLIC for 30 days wearing a sign that says "I AM AN IDIOT".
